We do not require account registration to use Reflex Drag.

We do not directly collect personal data from you through the App.

a) Information stored locally on your device

Gameplay data such as reaction times, attempts, streaks, and related statistics may be stored locally on your device for app functionality.

b) Game Center (optional)

If you choose to use Apple Game Center, leaderboard scores, achievements, and related profile information are processed by Apple.

We do not control Apple’s processing of Game Center data.

c) Diagnostics and platform data

Apple or your device may collect diagnostic, crash, and analytics data according to your device settings and Apple policies.

3. How We Use Information

We use information only to:

• Provide app functionality
• Save and display your game progress/statistics
• Submit scores and achievements to Game Center when enabled

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

Apple Game Center is the only third-party service integrated with the App.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for advertising.

5. Data Retention

• Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear app data.
• Game Center data retention is managed by Apple.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or equivalent age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child provided personal information directly to us, contact us to request deletion.

7. International Users

If you use the App outside your home country, data may be processed according to Apple’s infrastructure and policies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data. For data controlled by Apple Game Center, contact Apple directly.
