The App may integrate Apple Game Center. Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

All App content, branding, graphics, and software are owned by Yogesh R Jadhav (doing business as TorqueTrail) or licensed to us and protected by law.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yogesh R Jadhav (doing business as TorqueTrail) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits arising from use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
